Accommodation & Tenancy Assistance

At Many Faces Community Support Services, we believe that having a safe, stable and suitable place to live is an important foundation for independence, wellbeing and community participation.

We recognise that every individual has different housing needs, personal circumstances and goals.

Next Step

Our Person-Centred Approach

We recognise that everyone has different housing needs, personal circumstances and goals.

Our approach focuses on:

  • Respecting individual choice and control.
  • Promoting independence and housing stability.
  • Supporting informed decision-making.
  • Encouraging practical tenancy management skills.
  • Respecting privacy, dignity and individual circumstances.
  • Working collaboratively with relevant housing and community services.

Understanding NDIS Accommodation Support

  • NDIS accommodation and tenancy assistance generally focuses on disability-related support to obtain or maintain suitable housing.
  • It does not ordinarily include paying rent, purchasing a home or covering everyday housing costs.
  • Some participants may have access to other specialised housing or living supports depending on their individual circumstances and NDIS plan.
  • Many Faces will assess enquiries against its approved services, operational capacity and applicable NDIS requirements before agreeing to provide support.
