See What We Can DoWhy It Matters
Belonging is more than just being present.
At Many Faces Community Support Services, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to participate in their community, build meaningful relationships and enjoy activities that enrich their lives.
Our planned Community Participation services aim to support people with disability to develop confidence, strengthen social connections and become more involved in everyday community life.
How it can be funded
Community participation is typically funded through NDIS Capacity Building — Assistance with Social, Economic and Community Participation, or under Core Supports. It can also be purchased privately, through a plan manager, or combined with transport hours.

Good to Know
Community participation questions
Do I need an NDIS plan to access community participation?
No. While many participants access this support through their NDIS plan, it is also available privately or through a plan manager. We will explain the options and the costs before anything begins.
Can I choose the activities I do?
Absolutely. You choose the activities, the places and the pace. Our role is to support you to take part, not to decide for you.
Is this always one-to-one support?
It can be one-to-one or in a small group, depending on your goals, your plan and what you feel comfortable with. Both formats are available.
Do you provide transport to activities?
Yes. Transport can be included so you can get to and from activities safely, and it can be funded as part of your participation hours or through transport funding.
Ready to get involved?
Send us a message and tell us what you would love to do. We will help you find the right activity, the right support and the right funding pathway.
