Welcome to Many Faces Community Support Services Pty Ltd.
We are preparing to provide person-centred disability support services across South Western Sydney, helping individuals build independence, develop life skills and participate meaningfully in their communities.
We welcome enquiries from people with disability, families, carers, support coordinators, plan managers and community organisations.

Our Planned Disability Support Services
Many Faces is preparing to offer the following services:
Supporting individuals to build social connections, participate in community activities and develop confidence.
Helping individuals develop practical everyday skills and greater independence.
Assistance with everyday household activities to support comfortable and independent living.
Supporting individuals to explore suitable housing options, understand tenancy responsibilities and work towards maintaining stable accommodation.
How to Make a Referral Enquiry
We welcome preliminary enquiries from:
- NDIS participants and prospective participants.
- Family members, carers and authorised representatives.
- Support coordinators.
- Plan managers.
- Community organisations and referral services.
- Allied health professionals.

- 2. Whether you are enquiring for yourself or someone else.
- 3. The general type of support being requested.
- 4. The suburb where support may be required.

Please do not include medical reports, NDIS plan documents or other sensitive personal information in your initial enquiry.
We will advise you of an appropriate way to provide further information if it is required.

Many Faces Community Support Services is currently preparing its disability support services and NDIS registration.
We are welcoming preliminary enquiries; however, services have not yet commenced.
Future service availability, eligibility and funding arrangements will be confirmed before any support agreement is entered into.
